"This is one of, if not THE best stay at a resort we’ve ever experienced. The service is seriously top notch. The hotel is clean, modern, cozy and beautiful. The rooms are elegant and best I’ve seen here in Hawaii. In a great location right on beach but slightly tucked away from all the crowds of people. We didn’t realize how much we loved that until we stayed in another hotel. We came here on our honeymoon for 5 nights and moved to another hotel for 3 more nights. We added the 3 nights somewhat last minute but moving from the Halekulani to the Modern by Hilton. We were absolutely spoiled by the Halekulani and felt our new hotel was dingy and so underwhelming. We ended up leaving and booking at the Alohilani. Step up but still doesn’t compare to the Halekulani. "
