"My first issue was trying to find the hotel from the subway station. The map from the booking sight was incorrect. So was the Chinese map app. No taxi to be found for quite some time. After arriving, the check-in line was quite long, as was the wait. However, they did apologize and seemed sincere. The room was in wonderful condition for not-brand-new. Quite good. It had a comfortable feeling. Black-out curtains truly are. Bed was comfortable. The cleaning personnel were kind as well...

The next day there was confussion from reception whether we were meant to be in that room and whether we had paid properly. Which also rwsulted in another discussion with reception staff. Everything in the hotel is run down and the sauna was not going. Wouldnt...
