"I stayed here for one night, as it was the closest hotel I could find to Kralingse Bos parkrun. Incidentally, it is a 9 minute walk to the entrance to the park, but a 25 minute walk to the start of the parkrun. 12 o'clock check out is a bonus. The view from the window wasn't great, just various roads, but I wasn't there for the view. The room was nice, it wouldn't pass a white glove test, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good enough. They only have a coffee machine in the rooms, but happily...

"Accommodatie is goed. Personeel vriendelijk. Schone nette kamer. Fijn dat er een koelkastje aanwezig is. Over het eten kan ik niets zeggen, nl. niet in hotel gegeten. En een pooltafel waar je gratis gebruik van kan maken, leuk vertier. Minder het terras buiten niet netjes, overal rotzooi en de asbakken overvol."

"The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are helpful and efficient and the rooms are w well equipped with smart TVs and large comfortable beds. The price I paid for my stay was also a fair bit less than competing hotels were charging for the same dates. The location is a little out of the way if you aren't driving though so bear that in mind. We coped fine getting Ubers to the metro station at Slinge in order to get elsewhere but it would have been easier if we had our own car. That being said,...

"The hotel is fine in every aspect apart from the squeaky heating pump! It's in quite an industrial/office area but the 17 tram (about 150 meters away) will take you right into Rijswijk and Central Dern Haag. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff at Bastion are very friendly and helpful!"
