"Overall, the stay was good, but there was one major issue. The air conditioning in the room was turned off and only the heater was available. Because the room was on a higher floor with a lot of sunlight, the temperature went up to around 30°C, which made it very uncomfortable. I asked the reception for help, and they offered to bring up a fan, but unfortunately it didn’t make much of a difference."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. Sinnohyeon Station Exit 7 is within 5-min walk. Gangnam Station is around 15-min walk. Lots of shopping stores and restaurants near proximity of the hotel. If you are also into Korean skin treatments, I super recommend you stay in this hotel since most skin treatment clinics are located here. Staff are very friendly and good in English, so it was very easy for me to check-in. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Seoul again."
