"I reserved this property for just one night for my family of 6 while we visited Tokyo for the weekend. We absolutely loved the property and I wish we had been able to stay longer! It had just the right space for us to be comfortable and the furnishings were so eclectic! I will definitely reserve this unit again in the future! Even though parking wasn't included, there were several small paid parking spots within a block and we were able to park right across the street. "

"We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel at home. The room was small but very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable that I found myself thinking about it during the day! The breakfast buffet and other restaurant offerings are delicious! I would like to know where to buy the pajamas they provide in the room - so soft. The hotel is not centrally located but taxis are so easy to find and reasonable. If you dont speak Japanese you will need Google translate or the equivalent. I highly recommend this hotel. "

" Highly recommended. Nice and clean. It’s about 7-10 minutes walk from Ueno station. Left something in the taxi upon dropped off on May 18th. Staff on duty during the evening shift was so nice and helpful to call the taxi lost and found. Got my stuff back that evening. Easy check in and out. They provide shuttle service to airport for extra fee. "

"The staff were amazing, very helpful with everything we needed. The area is also great, with many decent restaurants and shopping areas within a few blocks. Check out the yakitori restaurant directly across from the back door. Also check out the amazing park across the street from the front door. It has the best science museum I've seen, or at least right up there with the Smithsonian, Franklin Institute, and Exploratorium. There's a lake where you can rent a swan boat, or other paddle boats. During the week, it has vendors, some of them selling interesting and unique "junk". Warning: My wife and I got lost in the park on a rainy day, and it took us almost two hours to find our way back to the hotel. Caution to the sensitive: There are also many "red light" type places in the area. However, I never felt that the crowd was seedy, or that there was any danger."
