TOUSUMI was an incredible experience. It was in a great location, surrounded by great restaurants, stores, and subway stations, and was easily accessible and accommodating. The view of Sakura-jima from the main bath is fantastic. The shuttle buses from the hotel to Tenmonkan and Chuo Station are helpful too.

Location is good, near the shopping area.

This Dormy Inn had the best public onsen of any Dormy Inn I have used in Japan. The outdoor baths were amazing. Inside, the room was spacious and modern. I had an amazing time in this hotel just a few minutes walk from Nagasaki Station.

This hotel is close to a major shopping mall and the Hakata JR Station (also a stop for the Shinkansen as well). The staff were very friendly and also very accommodating. The rooms were of decent size for Japanese standards. The room looked a little dated, but at least it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Could not ask for a better location for our trip in Fukuoka in regard to location, comfort, and amenities. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The lobby was also grand and had a wonderful fragrance. The hot water bath is also an amazing addition and we enjoyed it. Staff was lovely! Would love to stay here again for a future visit

Loved the location of this hotel. Beautiful view of the castle. We were within walking distance of downtown but a little off the main street so it was a bit quieter. The hotel had a really nice traditional breakfast every morning. The staff was super helpful and polite. Very very helpful in finding things around Kumamoto. I really enjoyed my time in Kumamoto. Everything 5 stars, booked Club Room came with free champagne and chocolates plus use of jacuzzi,sauna,steam room and ice pool included. Enjoyed eating breakfast in Cambord French restaurant on the 28 floor. Food and service was excellent you hardly see 8 utensils on the right side of your water glass. I ordered Western option came with seafood Benedict plus 9 other small items this was included 👻

Hotel Nikki is a good choice for its location. It connects to the Hakata station via P5 exit. Service is good but the design is slightly outdated.
