"Hotel is clean with beautiful landscape. Reception staff was patience despite the language barrier. They managed to help our friends change to a non smoking floor as the floor they were originally assigned smell of smoke from guests smoking from ground floor. The buffet dinner was great, with free flow of beer, soju and wine. Desserts was excellent. Onsen was great too though the bath house looks a bit run down. But it was clean. "This is really something to be experienced. It is new (2023) and massive - hundreds and hundreds of guests. It is a spa, first and foremost. The rooms are huge, quiet, and elegant; the numerous staff are efficient and multi-lingual. Hot springs in the building, hundreds of guests strolling about in hotel yukata, views of the peaks and ocean. The optional meals are definitely recommended - the food is fantastic and also it is a long hike to get down the mountain. Partner likened it to a luxury cruise ship on land."
