Love how the dining area, sleeping area and living room area were all separated, giving everyone space. Beds and pillows were firm and very comfortable. Onsen in room was a dream to use every night. Rooftop view from hotel was amazing. And yukatas are free to borrow. Our room came with a free-flow alcohol happy hour in the evening too! Staff were polite and friendly. All in all, will highly recommend this stylish hotel with cosy comforts. "

"Nice clean hotel that is very deceiving from the outside. Excellent customer service and the private onsen was awesome. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Beppu Tower located directly across the street with dining options also within walking distance. Convenient parking one minute away in the outdoor parking for the mall next door. "
