It was very loud in the early morning since the rooms are located close to the lobby. The tile floor was also very slippery. Overall, it was a good hotel and we would stay again."

"If you are planning to visit universal studio then this is the place to be. You can walk to the universal studio in 8 min. Shuttle runs every 15 min. View of the mountain from the room is amazing. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Will stay here again."
