"The comminication with Alessandra was geat, she was always responding fast and helpful. The apartment is located on the fourth floor in an older building without a lift which could be wuite a challange if you have a lot of luggage or a disability. The kitchen was equipped well with everything needed for decent cooking. The bath was also clean and the shower was nice. Unfortunately, some thing were quite old like the cooking plate or the washing machine, which was quite challenging to use. The the wall height is quite low so if you are a tall person it might be uncomfortable. "
