"Pool floor was very wet and gross, peuple kept walking in and out with their outside boots but no one ever came to mop it clean. Broken faucet in my room, only had cold water (first day). Was told (immediately) that it would be fixed and then never heard back from anyone and wasn't fixed, even if someone came while i was away to fix it. We were there 3 days... it would have been nice to at least have a follow up from maintenance. Staff was super friendly and professional. Maybe they were understaffed. Otherwise, fantastic stay."

"No sauna available and the pool was very Dusty. You charge me 241$ and on my biling it’s suppose to be 171$ and i étant my refund please."

"Hi! I just wanted to bring to your attention that this hotel was really not great. It is very "tired". the lobby was very smelly when we walked in and looked dirty. the room smelled good but everything is so old and patched up. I took picutres of a few things ie: -wallpaper in the bathroom not a great idea especially if it is already coming off the wall in most places (which was bound to happen sooner than later). - the grout used in the bathroom was stained by little mold spots. I have pictures of paper towel before cleaning and after ,,,getting black -very dirty corners and joints in the bathroom -all the air vents where filthy and had not been cleaned in months. etc etc 18 hours ago I understand that it was after spring break and you were probably busy but you did take the reservation and got paid for it ... therefore the place should have been cleaned. some things are beyond fixing, just need a total revamp in the bathrooms (at least the 602 one). ah! I do not remember the last time I had a hotel bathroom that did not have a fan...the mirror was foggy for 30 minutes after a short shower Really not impressed and you came recommended by people that had been years ago. obviously all went down the drain after. I would find it very very hard to recommend such place today."

"Nice hotel, great location. Pool could have been warmer, a hot tub would have been better than a cold plunge pool. Minor details. We had a great stay. "

"Rooms were clean a little dusty. Shops and restaurants nearby walking distance. Only thing that we found unpleasant was that we pay for valet parking and we had to go park our own cars 1-2 blocks away in the cold and rain. "

"rapport qualité prix c’était super ! c’est sur que ce n’est pas l’hôtel la plus luxueuse mais c’était propre et les employé sont sympathique mes enfant ont adoré ,le seul point négatif que je pourrais dire c’est que l’eau de la piscine serais du pour être changer …. mais j’y suis aller du 8 au 10 mars alors peut être qu’il y a eu beaucoup d’enfant durant le semaine de relâche et que l’hôtel attendais après les vacance pour le faire et je comprendrais ! "
