"The hotel is the second floor in a traditional apartment building. The building is lovely and the rooms have been sympathetically set up with modern bathrooms introduced. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Owners/staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us a map and indicating the various areas to visit. "This hotel was great for me as a solo traveler - it’s in a safe area, the room was clean and I was impressed by the double windows that blocked out street noise. It’s right in the heart of a ton of shopping and restaurants. The only con was the shower- I barely fit in it and I’m a smaller woman, and the doors didn’t shut properly so the water got in the floor. If you can look past that it’s a good room. "

"You can't ask for a better location in Lyon. It is right in the heart of the city, easy walking distance to everything. The staff and hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Terrific breakfast in the morning. The facilities themselves have a fun, old-hotel feeling to them, and I enjoyed how it didn't feel like a chain hotel. Highly recommend a stay!"
