We have stayed here before but first time in the premier lounge i can say it was a wonderful experience , we were upgraded to a great room ! service was great , breakfast was great even though it was full .

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. The room was clean and the hotel was very well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and was served right on time. Overall this hotel was excellent.

It’s a very unique spot to experience not only the local culture but people from all around the globe. Management was incredible, very attentive, flexible, kind and informative. My husband and I stayed only one night but we’ll like to come back with our kids so that they may also enjoy the unique experience.

I traveled to Bayahibe for scuba diving, and hotel el Pulpo was 10 minutes away from the beach by walking. There is a shortcut to scuba caribe where I did my dive and excursion. I had an awesome stay, all the staff was super nice and I didn't have any problems. Especially the front desk lady was very kind serving fresh coffee every morning. Very clean room and hotel 👍

All the staff were excellent. Only thing is Hilton just bought this property from Dreams. During the change over process it is NOT an adult only property. Till old Dreams client reservations are honored; there will be children on property. Shows, food, grounds everything was excellante! The scuba boats and equipment looks brand new.

The property was fantastic! The staff was hands down the friendliest and so happy to help with anything. Our favorite bartender is Edwin, at the swim up bar...his fellow bartenders at the swim up bar were the kindest people. But Edwin was absolutely our family favorite, he was always smiling and so wonderful. We also loved picasso (aka Pablo Picasso) he was so genuine and kind! This property was clean, modern, the staff very friendly, and the free breakfast out of this world. We ate in the restaurant one night as well and the food was good and well priced but the waitstaff was phenomenal!!! GREAT service. Thank you Amelia and Angel Jesus!!!
