"Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly."

"We rented this place to visit our daughter who attends Tulane. The location (1 block from Fretet) is perfect! You can walk to great restaurants and stores and it was a 10 minute walk to campus. The apartment was clean well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again"

"If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. We ended up showing up to the home at 245pm first thing was the door was UNLOCKED. We walk up a massive staircase to the home which had trash everywhere, broken floorboards, sheets with green mildew looking stains, glass...

"I appreciated the security fence, as well as the key code required for both the gate and home entry. It was great to return home to air conditioning after being in the heat. Very convenient to have an on site washer and dryer. GREAT shower. Nicely appointed and well thought out."

"The unit has a unique layout. Enter the kitchen then to the bedroom. Unit is advertised - washer/dryer/TV/etc. I was pleased with the access and security. Decent neighborhood near Oshner Babtist Hospital and a short walk(5 blocks) to a grocery store - Rouse's on Freret. Management are very responsive and helpful if needed. I had an issue with the entrance code midway through my stay and they responded within less than an hour. Turned out I had pressed the wrong button - oops. Coffee is a Keurig."

"My husband, teen daughters and I had a great stay here. Communication was so great. A pdf arrived ahead of time with information about the house, neighborhood and things to explore in New Orleans. If you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs, sleep mask and/or white noise. The rooms are all pretty bright, and those close to the street are a little loud. We enjoyed the balcony, walked around a ton in the neighborhood and saw so much of NOLA from a great location."

"Nice home inside of gate. Easy to access door and gate at all times with codes. Easy to message or text host. Two of us have knee issues and confirmed before our trip that there are about 5 steps up to the porch. Not very steep and they have a rail to hold if needed. No issues there. Quiet neighborhood, lots of trees. Neighbors were friendly and even sat outside for awhile each day. Chairs and table on porch for use, but this time of year asps are everywhere! Great location with free street...

"A home is a home, but this one was a jewel for it's location. We reserved a parking spot a couple blocks away for the weekend. Checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on Sunday. We were able to walk straight out the front door and across the neutral ground to experience the best parades in the world. Plenty of eating options close by with a couple of handy bodegas for essentials let us enjoy the weekend without the car. As a plus, the staff in the pizza restaraunt downstairs were incredible....

"We LOVED staying here! Highly recommend! Was nervous at first sharing a house with others but you couldnt tell! Felt like it was all ours! Plus this comes with your own parking spot and parking would have been a challenge if not. You will love it!"

"Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed."
