"Omg... The staff is absolutely amazing. We were arriving late but that had no problem assisting us getting to the hotel. Elisa was a darling. She kept in touch with me via WhatsApp and tried to assist us getting back to the hotel after trainitalia personnel was striking. This part was frustrating but it is what it is. The hotel was super clean and not far from the train for commute. Definitely a great spot of you want to to stay in La Spezia."

"Giulia was super nice and provided us with great recommendations to get the most out of this trip. Parking was a bit tricky in this area, but Giulia sent us to a large parking lot 5 mins away that had available spots most of the time. Overall a great stay. Cash is recommended."
