"This was an excellent choice for a place to stay in La Spezia. I am so happy that i booked this hotel. The decor was modern. The staff was excellent and very welcoming. Even the people staying at the hotel were friendly. The breakfast was great as well amd had a good variety of food to choose from. The room was comfortable and I had a huge balcony. "It was very good. Staff extremely helpful and lots recommendations. Breakfast at the hotel very good choices, and would highly recommend taking the rate with breakfast included, unless you have a car. They have a restaurant very good too. "Location of the appartment is excellent. Equipment / bed pretty good. The windows do insulate noise very very well. On the downside, the walls a paper-thin. So when Sunday morning some neighbour started at 5 am the discussion how to do the day trip: impossible to ignore. Also many water pipes in the building seemed to pass through our room; the water pumps did kick in at any time of the night"
