"Staff was very nice, room was clean, breakfast was good. Parking was insufficient as were dinner options for kids with limited dining nearby. View was beautiful. Air conditioning struggled - was hotter in the room when we left than when we arrived despite having the air on the entire time. Dead bugs in the corridors and on stairs. "

"We were greeted by Elisa who was kind enough to let us check-in earlier as we had two tired kids. We had the two connecting double rooms which were very clean. Comfortable beds and great AC. Unfortunately the window couldnt really open because there was construction in that side of the street (and the room is on the ground floor) but luckily the room was bright enough with lighting. It is in a great area around the corner from all the restaurants and about a 5 block walk to the main train...

"Location is excellent, staff ( Lugo) was great very informative, escorted us to our room show us how to us access code box , lights and AC. Highly recommend this property for budget minded travelers.. Italian breakfast was included. "

"Giulia was super nice and provided us with great recommendations to get the most out of this trip. Parking was a bit tricky in this area, but Giulia sent us to a large parking lot 5 mins away that had available spots most of the time. Overall a great stay. Cash is recommended."

"This hotel was very nice and had easy access to the city center. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was excellent. The only minor issues were leaky showers and the AC didn't really work all that well. Other than that, we would say there again! "

"Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very different from any other hotel I have stayed in. I enjoyed it. Easy walk everywhere and very safe day or night. Walk to train or boat for Cinque Terra trips without paying the high price for hotels in the towns. I love La Spezia"
