Ideale Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Super eingerichtet mit kompletter (wirklich komplett) Küche inklusive Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Fernseher, Sitzgelegenheiten für Drinnen und draußen. Vernünftiges WLAN rundet die Sache ab. Einzig zu bemängeln sind die 1.40 cm breite Betten. Diese stellen bei zwei Erwachsenen doch eine Herausforderung da. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit schönen Spielplatz angrenzend. Dune Pilar ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Jederzeit wieder.

Leider muss man für den Check-In am Sonntag den Schlüssel bei der Agentur abholen. Das wäre verständlich. Man wird dann (auch telefonisch) aufgefordert sich innerhalb von 2 Tagen bei der Agentur einzufinden, um die örtliche Steuer zu bezahlen. Bei Abreise muss man den Schlüssel pünktlich spätestens um 10.00 Uhr Morgens wieder bei der Agentur abgeben. Die einfache Fahrtzeit von der Wohnung zur Agentur mit dem Auto beträgt mindestens 15 Minuten. Da wir nur 3 Nächte gebucht hatten, mussten wir uns nahezu täglich bei der Agentur einfinden. Der Schlüssel konnte leider nicht vor Ort in der Wohnung abgegeben werden, da dies die europaweit einheitlichen Regularien der vermietenden Gesellschaft nicht vorsehen. Wir fanden dies jedoch eher unüblich und einen schlechten Kundenservice. Für den Check-Out gibt es eine Checkliste ... damit man dann auch nicht vergisst die Betten abzuziehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr neu und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Service des Vermieters könnte umfangreicher und die diversen Pflichten des Mieters bereits in der Anzeige ausgewiesen sein.

Très bel appartement,tout confort, avec une grande terrasse, dans un quartier calme et proche des commerces. Nous le recommandons vivement pour les familles avec 2 enfants.
