"This apartment had everything I needed to feel comfortable and enjoy my time in Menton"

"A nice and clean apartment in a comfortable place. Good parking and close to bus and train station."

"We had an absolutely perfect stay at this studio. The stunning view was definitely one of the highlights – truly beautiful and even better than expected. The studio was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was also excellent: friendly, easy, and very responsive. We felt completely at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great and room is lovely."

"It was wonderful staying in the old part of Niece. Loved the high ceilings and great air conditioner. It was hot during my visit and coming back to a nice cool place helped me sleep very well! Quiet spot too."

"The studio was perfect for a quick get away in old Nice!"

"We could not have had a better experience. Jack gave us a wonderful overview of the area and was exceptionally generous with his time and guidance."

"The location of this property was ideal. The bed was comfy and so close to the beach and lots of great restaurants and cafes. The 3 flights up the stairs weren't even that bad! We enjoyed staying here and will happily return."

"Beautiful flat in a great location. Would highly recommend."

"The location is great. Bed was comfortable and the employees at check in were super helpful."

"Au coeur de la vieille ville, proche du marché, de la côte, appartement donnant sur une cour calme face au clocher de l'église qui nous fait profiter chaque jour de l'angélus."

"Clean room, wonderful hosts with great communication, and beautiful view."

"There was a few maintenance issues the kitchen cupboard door was broken and so was the wardrobe also we were only given one set of keys despite there being two of us so limited on what we could I did go to the office to ask for a second key and this was declined, also the bed pillows were poor quality and uncomfortable"

"The apartment is very centrally located in the heart of old town Nice. Steps from everything!"

"the check in was terribile, like the comunication with the host; there was a problem with the sink and the washing machine that created a bad smell that couldnt let us cook well; plus we found nails of cat and human; the position was very good"
