"very basic hotel , and quiet area, lovely garden, very super clean, i will come back and highly recomment, recep counters the two ladies warmly welcome us and send us off when we check out next day. you dun expereience such warmth in big hotel."

"The rooms has terrible air flow and ventilation and the aircon does not cool down below 20c. My wife and child were sweating and we had to talk sternly with hotel staff to get a small table fan which didn't help. Anyone who is a bit claustrophobic or expecting nice airflow and a cold room will be disappointed. Eventually we had to open our courtyard door to cope up. Paying 500+ dollars for a single night and having such a poor experience is not right. The manager and staff were polite though and they provided a form of compensation but our weekend getaway was ruined for sure. - Reception staff kept directing us to different restaurants with simple requests to heat up some pizza. we had to wait long time to get a simple request done. - Concierge desk is practically unmanned. - Plenty of things for kids to do and the resort itself is beautiful."

"We thought we booked a twin bed studio and it was not clear in the booking. The receptionist was so good in providing us an alternative room with 2 beds."

"The room is clean. It’s located in a retirement village and the location is peaceful. Unfortunately there is a pool motor behind the room which makes a noise 24 hours a day. As soon as you step in the room you can hear the motor noise. The noise seems to be coming through the walls and you can’t get away from it unless you go outside, where you can’t hear it. If you want peace and quiet inside the room, and to sleep, don’t stay here. We were booked into East and the company moved us to West to try and help with the noise, but it’s in both rooms. "
