It's really beautiful, well crafted, and well taken care of. If you're coming to Buffalo for any occasion and need a place to stay, I definitely recommend it. It was also very clean. I will definitely come back here to stay. "

"We used the property for 2 nights to hold a small wedding (with the owner’s permission). Everything was wonderful. So much gorgeous restored wood set a very romantic Victorian feel. 4 large, comfortable, master painter themed bedrooms with 2 convenient full bathrooms on the second floor. Especially appreciated the owner leaving welcome items for things we forgot. What a beautiful historical property that was the perfect backdrop for lasting memories!"

"It was a good location for a group. We were able to walk downtown and to the Theatre district. "

"We traveled from Atlanta to spend the holiday with our grandmother and hosted dinner for the family. It was amazing to have so many generations together; eating, fellowshiping, sharing. This house was PERFECT for our gathering. We had space interact without being on top of each other. Parking was difficult, but we made do. We did have and issue with the hot water, but Mr. Joaquin came over and rectified it immediately! He also got the chance to have a little cake with us. 😆"
