"The room was very clean. There was an issue with the first room that was out of the hotel's control, and they were more than willing to provide another room for me. The staff are kind and very helpful."

"When I walked in I was greeted right away with a smile and a warm WELCOME! I've been here a few times and the woman behind the desk has helped me out before and she knows my special request alrwady so without saying anything she knew I wanted two extra towels :) Knowing what the guest wants before they ask is always a huge plus! Forgive me for not knowing her name but she’s so sweet. "
