"The staff was truly remarkable. We were instantly relaxed. Our bags were in our room before we were. Snacks in the room, a well stocked fridge with water and juice. A lovely bottle of wine. Amazing breakfast included and brought to the room in baskets. When we checked out, the staff got our luggage, brought our car around, had bottled water ready for us and warmed up the car - all with smiles. And the bar staff - great drinks and very heavy pours with the wine :)"

"We loved the Hotel Saranac. It is a beautiful old hotel located in the downtown area just steps away from shops and restaurants. Be forewarned, the rooms are small, but filled with charm, well appointed and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is very good and well worth a visit. We will definitely be back."
