"We LOVE this place, it's our 3rd time staying! The staff is wonderful, helpful and hard-working. If you require a quiet room on a weekend night during the hockey season (Sept-April), well, just don't come to Lake Placid... Expect unsupervised, feral, hockey children afoot. "

"The front desk staff were extremely friendly. They answered any questions we had. They opened doors for us. The staff at breakfast was also accommodating. They provided me with gluten free bread when I inquired. The breakfast was plentiful. The selection was varied to suit multiple palates. Fresh fruit other than apples would have been a nice addition. We did not use housekeeping but our room was very clean upon arrival. "

The hotel was well situated near the Main Street which was quick and easy to walk to. It will definitely be our go to hotel when we head that way."
