The views, peacefulness and facilities are out of this world. Rooms are spotless & your host Lou can’t be more helpful or do enough for you. Breakfast is exquisite made from produce on the retreat. We wouldn’t hesitate to return if back this way and nobody would ever leave this place disappointed. If you do, there must be something wrong with you !! "

"We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook "

"We had a wonderful family stay in this spacious home, enjoying the multiple rooms and lovely lake views (though not directly on the lakefront). The fast internet was a bonus, and the games provided kept our kids entertained. The rooms were decent-sized with comfy beds.However, there were some areas for improvement. The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms was noticeable, and we spotted mould, and cobwebs. The extractor fans and faucets in the bathrooms were also quite noisy and could be heard from the 2 bedrooms.Despite these issues, we appreciated the home's amenities and would consider staying here again. With some maintenance and upkeep, this property could truly shine."
