Check in was smooth. No lift but successful in lugging 30+kg. suitcase up & down 3 flights of stairs. Room was impeccably clean. Room safe was difficult to access due to its position on floor of closet and tendency to entrap tiny objects in door which forced me to call for help. Batteries were dead in safe but replaced after 1 day's wait. Shower and tub excellent. Wonderful array of amenities. Hotel has stopped supplying slippers. Miss them. Housekeeping excellent Breakfast is exceptionally...

We arrived after a long transatlantic flight and requested an early check-in. No hotel will guarantee this but the Hilton staff worked hard to accomodate us. It was wonderful and much appreciated. It is an easy walk into central Glasgow. Staff were universally pleasant and helpful. Food in the relaxed bar and restaurant areas was excellent and we especially enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. The Hilton is now our go to hotel in Glasgow.

We were deeply satisfied with the amazing food during our stay. The front desk staff was professional, dedicated, and accommodating, which we truly appreciated after a very long journey. Additionally, our room was very clean and perfectly serviced every day.
The views and the grounds were once-in-a-lifetime and provided memory-making perfection—even in February.

Nira Caledonia is one of the Small Luxury Hotels and one of only two listed for Scotland. It is a venue that has not forgotten that they exist to serve customers and they do this in a fashion I had long feared extinct. The service is impeccable, the staff friendly, and everyone was most helpful. Although our room faced the main street in front of the hotel, it was incredibly quiet. I first thought that double-glazing or soundproofing had been applied, but it is simply a quiet location. Every...

Excellent trip from start to finish. We arrived early, but the rooms were already ready. And we got a fantastic upgrade! The concierge helped us plan out our sightseeing for the following day, as well as made a great dinner recommendation and reservation. Drinks and food at Peacock Alley and the Caley bar were excellent. The service was wonderful - I wish I could remember all the staffs’ name who assisted us. Thanks for an excellent stay!

I’m so glad breakfast was included and glad there was a bar and sitting area for those rainy days. The front desk staff recommended Duke’s Umbrella for a pub and it was close and quaint. The train station is within walking distance but we took a taxi there. The hotel was very comfortable.
