"Room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, but the facility itself on the exterior needs some work. None of the ice machines were functioning when we stayed there which required us to walk all the way around the property to go to the front lobby to get ice. It’s looking a little worn around the edges. The stairwells and the balconies need attention."

I arrived to clothes in both the washer and dryer. Owner basically told to take care of it myself which I did. Dirty dishes com the dishwasher. Some do dirty they never got cleaned. Communication was ok. Told him I was out of trash bags told me to go to the dollar store. I could go on but I would not have time. I would not rent this property "
