"Breakfast was sooo yummy, with both a full english breakfast as well as a breakfast buffet table. There was some issues with the booking itself, so that was annoying. Apparently some comms issues between Expedia and the hotel. But everything else was great. "

"Leaving aside the novelty value, this is an excellent hotel. Superbly appointed room with excellent bathroom and everything works perfectly: near-silent but efficient climate control, faultless WiFi connectivity and TV casting. The restaurant is a treat, creative and beautifully presented menu choices and fabulous breakfast choices. Most of all the staff made the visit special; attentive, warm, courteous and helpful. "Lovely 4 night stay, very dog friendly and they even upgraded our room. Breakfast was fantastic, absolutely will stay here again as it’s a good gateway for the part of Cornwall we love the best. Staff very friendly, our room was well equipped with tea, coffee etc. towels were good quality and fluffy. I have absolutely no complaints at all."

"Fabulous communication from Mark from start to end. He informed us about everything about the house and including the best of the local area. Lots of information in the house too. The house.. wonderful. The pictures do not give it justice and it was like a home from home with everything we needed. A great size for our party of 4 adults and a fantastic, huge balcony to look out to sea, and watch the sunrise and sunsets which were beautiful. The house was clean throughout and suited us perfectly. We didn’t use the downstairs shower but the one upstairs was lovely, great pressure and hot! The 2 double beds were comfy and the bedrooms are big with plenty of storage and you can walk out onto the higher balcony. Even though it was chilly outside, the house was very warm and toasty. If you are looking at it to book, do it! There are a lot of steps so you need to be able to manage those, and no local shop so stock up first! We highly recommend this property. "
