Comfortable and Well Located

La Iglesia villa was just right for us! Walking distance to the beach is a plus! The large outdoor patio and pool is a great place to enjoy family. The only caveat is the upstairs bedroom has a shower, but no commode.

Great villa, great location

My wife and i stayed in Las Terrenas the last week of our vacation in Dominican. Nadia's villa was as described with everything you need. Location was great, only a few hundred feet from beach and great restaurants. We enjoyed several meals & drinks at Rincon Soleadon. Nadia was great to deal with and was alway quick to respond. We'd highly recommend this villa for couples, families or small groups.

Beautiful place for a family

The place is clean and spacious. The property manager was very good at communicating all the details of the property and the area. Very helpful. It will be useful to have laundry services specially for stays longer than 4 days. But other than that Great place!

Wonderful and convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Las Terrenas. Having your own totally private pool villa within an easy walk to the beach was the best. All areas of the home were immaculate and Nadia was quick to reply to our questions. We only had two things pop up. Our neighbors were spring breakers and stayed up a bit too late and loud. The other, only one lounge chair for sunning when the listing shows more. Other than that, all was perfect.

Beautiful and spacious — wow!

My wife and I spent two weeks at the villa in January 2023, and it exceeded our expectations. The private pool is spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped with high-quality pots and pans and all the cooking tools you could ask for. The neighborhood is very quiet, which is a huge plus as many streets of Las Terrenas are bustling with motorcycle traffic. It is a short walk from the beach and terrific restaurants. We felt very safe with the gated entrance and secured parking. The only issue we had was the internet went out for two days. This was out of Nadia's control, and she was very responsive and made sure the problem was resolved. This would be the perfect VRBO for a large group or a family with kids. We highly recommend this listing, and we hope to visit again!
