Great place and great location. Close to everything! Plenty of space for 24 of us. Property was well taken care of and the host was readily available for any questions.
Spacious home with exceptional outdoor areas. Very well equipped kitchen. Lots of beds, most of them comfy. Some of the furniture should be replaced, but generally a great experience.
The place was a hit for the size of our family preparing for a big wedding. It was also a good place to bring little dogs as it has a dog park behind the house that could easily cater to them. Very close to everything and the host is so wonderful in responding to our questions and needs. Although the house itself might need a bit of TLC, it’s still is perfect for us!
We were a group of 16, ranging in ages from 4 to 71 - lots of room for everyone. We spent most of our time in the spacious backyard which was delightful. Lots of shade, plants & birds. Cooked most of our meals & enjoyed them at the Oasis!
The property was better looking than the photos portrayed. Enough beds for 14 people and more! Ample room for everyone. Linens were plentiful, kitchen appliances and tableware was plentiful. Pool was bigger than shown in photo, as was the basketball area. Landscape was nice and appropriate for the home. Any contact I had with the owner through email was met with an immediate reply (within 10 minutes!). I’m very satisfied with my stay and hope yo have the opportunity to rent the property again for my next family vacation.

Not as described nor welcoming
This is an older home that has been turned into vacation rental. Signs everywhere you break it you buy type. You only get 3 towels, 2 blankets....etc. Very unwelcoming. The fitness equipment was only a matt and a few weights. The kitchen...wow. We were allowed 3 dishwasher pods, 4 spoons, lids for pots and pans plentiful, only single serve pans.
Family gathering spot, this house had a bit of everything for everyone! Basketball was a big draw for the kids in my crew, and the polar plunge (Learning for me: In the listing the pool is solar heated, winter it is not warm) pool created quite a few shenanigans! Great location to quickly get to red rocks canyon or the strip in less than 20 min. As others noted, CVS and other stores are within walking distance to stock up on dish detergent, extra TP or coffee supplies. Rooms and spaces are accurately pictured, though showing the wear and tear of visitors with several notes on items not to use (bathtub, top bunk, certain outlets). Owner was very communicative on any question I had, very flexible on holding luggage as our crew had a couple different flight times and it was amazing to be able to explore LV without worrying about luggage. Overall would recommend for a large group or family reunion!
Pros: big house...clean...lots of beds...good outdoor space...good communication ....good selection of cooking utensils
Cons: house is definitely only 5 bedrooms...house is definitely older...not as nice as pictures portray...you must make all beds upon arrival
The biggest drawback of the house is the metal blinds covering every window...we opened a few..but you are afraid of breaking them so you leave them closed...keeps house very dark .
Side note make sure to pickup dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry soap ,toilet paper...they give you enough to get through a couple of days...if we would have known ahead of time it would have saved us a trip to the store...

Host was great at responding until after we checked in. Accommodating an early check in and an ESA animal. That's where 2 star is.Overall place inside is dated. Lots of wear and tear. Signs stating don't break you pay makes it hard to relax, especially when you sit down and your caving into the furniture.Tables are wobbly, so i wouldn't say super friendly to young kids. There is fenced yards, but children have to be attended at all times. (Most of ours where 11, so felt weird)Shower off master bedroom drain is horrible, almost 2 inches of water, took all day to drain. Kitchens fridge shelves fall. Oven door fell because handle was loose. Host never responded until we checked out.The flooring has a lip between billard room and kitchen and due to no shoes request a couple people cut their foor on it. After that i moved a rug over it.Bbq was gross despite notes about having to jeep it clean. Hubby spent the afternoon cleaning it, so we could use it .Beds all have plastic covers so it is noisy if you sit/ move. Won't stay again, especially at that rate! Not worth it at all.
Our host was very accommodating and very responsive when we had questions. The place is beautiful and close to the strip. I would recommend anyone staying here!
The pool was great, there were trees and bushes over the pool that helped to keep it livable even with 113 degree heat. It was very cooling to use the pool. We had 18 people use the property and we had enough chairs, beds etc.
For our wedding we stayed in this house with our whole family. It is plenty of space, clean, modern and cozy and huge.
The owner Maggie is very responsive and great in organizing and helping. We really enjoyed it and would come back to this oasis.
It really is as show on the pictures, has a pool, fireplace, bbq and even a dog park if needed.
We really loved it and enjoyed staying there.
Thank you Maggie

It was fine
Had trouble checking in owner was very apologetic and helpful
It started off with excellent communication with Maggie, the property manager. When we got there, it was even more beautiful and accommodating than the pictures showed. Getting Uber’s to the strip was fast and easy, so don’t let that deter you from choosing this house. I would absolutely recommend it. Thanks Maggie!
It didn’t take long to feel like home. More than enough comfortable beds for each of us. Plenty of back yard/patio room for basketball, grilling and hanging out! Everything was clean and tidy. We certainly enjoyed our time there. Not sure if owner knew but the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. But what a tub!

Nice location and good host
House was in a nice neighborhood and the host is very helpful and nice.
Nevertheless the house is old, lot of parts are not functioning and everywhere notes wat is forbidden or how you have to do everything vert . The drive distance is onlyin the middle of the night 10 minutes to the strip. Normal you need 15 till 20 minutes.
The hist is very nice and helpfull after a storm the pool was dirty and we ask het to clean in in a couple of ours it was done
We really enjoyed our time at this property. Our small school group had plenty of room stretch out and places to sleep. Most of the beds were comfy but a few were squeaky or older mattresses. We were so tired from all our tours and activities that we slept well anyway.
The outdoor spaces and indoor pool table provided lots of entertainment for our group in the downtime. The living area was nice and central and plenty of room for our group of 12. It would be crowded or lack seating if the group were much larger.
This house is located in a nice, quiet area but is also just 20-30 minutes from most things. We loved being able to relax here at the end of the day or between activities.
Overall we had a good experience at this VRBO! Couple things I would like to address. They only supply 8 rolls of toilet paper.. we had 20 people staying for 3 nights. We ended up having to buy more, luckily the CVS is walking distance. Pool was pretty chilly, but it was 100+ degrees so not that big of a deal. Laundry room hard to find, had to reach out to find out where it is (dog park area). Property lists that the stay comes with chauffeur, concierge and massage services. That was before Covid, but definitely a big selling point that should be taken down. Again, just small things, we really did enjoy our stay! Maggie is really easy to work with and gets back in a timely manner if you have questions.
I truly do not advise, renting this place. The ceiling was falling down in two different places. When I told her about it, she told me if it bothers you do not look up. Also, the swimming pool in that work all the time I was there my family and friends cannot use it, they were cameras everywhere watching me am I guess. The landscaping was nothing like the pictures so he had to be very old pictures. In the backyard by the basketball court, there was a broken basketball court on the ground an old, rusty barbecue grill that I could not use. You can tell the outside property has not been kept up. I stayed there for five days. It was only worth one. So please take my advice and find somewhere else to stay. It is not worth it.
Read the reviews before booking—wish we had taken them more seriously. We stayed at this property with a large family group and found that many of the previous reviews were spot-on. The positives: the home was clean and at least technically matched the listing description. The host, who lives next door, greeted us warmly and was helpful upon arrival. However, the negatives were hard to ignore. There were so many rules that it made the stay feel more stressful than relaxing. These included removing shoes indoors, rolling down blinds between 2 and 6 p.m. (“Roll slow, you break you pay”), and needing to purchase basic supplies like paper towels and dish soap ourselves. While manageable, these added up to a series of small inconveniences. The biggest letdown was the “solar-heated” pool. A previous guest noted it was cold but tolerable in extreme heat. During our visit, outside air temperatures were in the 80s, and the pool was freezing—completely unusable for our family, which had counted on it for entertainment during downtimes. The major issue:Our grandchildren unknow, to themselves, broke minor rules by playing near a decorative pond and in the dog park. We know they did this because the host showed us video footage. I counted over ten cameras in the yard that were surveying our every move. They directly confronted the kids, which was upsetting for them. This led to a heated exchange and a threat of eviction. If you're considering this property, read all the reviews carefully
