Nothing bad to say about this resort. Upon arrival, we were upgraded from a Ocean View Suite to the Ocean View Suite with Private Swimming Pool at no additional charge. The Greek hospitality was immediately recognizable. They gave us a free massage, bottle of wine and water, fruit basket and another free bottle of wine coupon to be used with dinner at the resort. The room was spacious with new amenities. The dinner restaurant was a buffet that cost 25 euro p/p. I would say that may have been the...

This is a luxurious, beautiful hotel set in one of the most beautiful surroundings possible. Flowers, gardens, art, good food, amazing access to the sea. A very special place. We were upgraded to a villa with private pool and this was phenomenal. The villa was large and very well designed. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. There was a separate bathtub in the room with a gorgeous view that made up for it, however.

It's just great resort. The location is great. The facilities are wonderful. We were a couple on vacation and first when I've seeing the kid guests I thought it would be noisy. But The resort is very well planned - it felt like not crowded at all. There were plools for kids and just great SPA for adults. It has 4 or 5 restaurants on the territory of the resort - so you don't need (or actually you don't want) to go anywhere else. There's a direct access to the sea with good sand beach....

Nice. The end of the season so no golf or mini golf. Lots of construction so it will be great!

Highly recommended hotel with an amazing friendly staff from reception to room service. Our chamber maid Voula was exceptionally attentive and most accommodating. We enjoyed our stay to the maximum in a relaxing happy atmosphere. The entertainment in the evening was also exceptional with the 3 young tenors whom I fail to remember their names but they were majestic. All in all the hotel with all its facilities are tip top and we enjoyed every minute. Thank you Amirandes for the wonderful...

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Every question we had, were address on the very confident and knowledge level. People who work there (and also across the island) speak at least several languages because of the multi cultured tourists and visitors they have to deal with. So, there was no problems with communicating. In addition, their native friendly and welcoming nature makes you feel like you are belonging there. Their warm hospitality makes you to want to come there again. I...

Very lovely people service and clean level was amazing rooms are big ,the break fast was great

Great resort and good staff, the location and viewe is perfect, the place deserves three or four days to staying. I would like to thank the wonderful staff Athina who made our stay better when she learned that our early departure brought breakfast at night. She is a commendable employee.

Very lovely family managing the hotel and restaurant - would definitely return to this property

Perfect place to stay in Agios! Right on the water walkable to the lake and tons of restaurants but a little more on the outskirts of the chaos. The staff are what make this place- they are truly all amazing and go above and beyond. We had a spa suite with a hot tub and just a regular ocean view room- nice room but I think you actually get a better view in the regular rooms. The spa bath is more like a one person jacuzzi because it’s very slippery and when we had two people the water started to...

Sophia is a gracious host. It doesn’t feel like an apartment. It feels like home!

great people, great food, it was all around pleasant

This is a very nice hotel near the marina, a bit away from the chaos of the center of A.N. but still close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The perfect location in my opinion. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. We booked a room with a large deck - enough room for 2 loungers, a bistro set, and a bit tub (with unheated water perfect for cooling off in). We spent quite a bit of time on that deck. Breakfast was very good as well. Good...

We couldn't be happier with our choice. Everything was simply perfect. Location was in the heart of Malia, close to most restaurants and shops. Our luxury 2-bedroom apartment had an amazing interior, it was also spacious and very clean. Pool area was great as well. We would love to return there some day.

An absolute gem in Agios Nikolaos! Highly recommended! We stayed at Moncasa Suites during our trip to Crete and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location is wonderfully convenient—just a short, easy walk into town—and the property itself was immaculately clean, modern, and comfortable. What truly sets Moncasa Suites apart, though, is the incredible hospitality. When we called upon arriving early in the morning, Alexandra kindly accommodated us and let us check in early right...

We stayed at Istron Collection Villas in September 2026, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Our villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and having our own private pool made the stay even more special. The staff truly made our visit memorable. Everyone at the hotel and throughout the property was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The customer service was outstanding! One of the sweetest surprises was when the staff overheard that we were celebrating a...
