"The beds are twin sizes instead of double sizes. Some rooms should have two double size beds. A movie Chanel in English and creamer for coffee. Also, the rooms should have wash clothes or face towels. There was none in all the rooms. Everything else was excellent."

The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday"
