The check-out time is 11:00 AM. You can leave earlier if you wish. Please do not leave any leftover food in Fridge and Oven, either trash it or take it with you.
Please make sure you have taken out the trash and washed the dishes before you leave. (Trash - dark green bin) & (Recycle - blue bin) is at parking lot
Please make sure to: • Turn off the lights and A/C (if they’re on) • Lock the door How to Lock: Hold the “=“ key for 3 seconds. Once you’ve checked out, please send us a quick message.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoke Free Property.. If you smoke inside the property there will be $200 extra cleanup fee.
Pets are not allowed otherwise there will be $100 pet clean up fee will be charged .
