"We just got back tonight! This was our second time staying at the RIU Palace Riviera Maya and it will not be our last! We truly love it there! The staff is so friendly! The entertainment team were friendly, fun and always full of energy! The drink service at the pool were excellent…always making sure you had something to drink! A big shout out to Adriana! She worked the pool cart and the pool bar! This lady has the best personality, funny as heck and is like the energizer bunny! Didn’t matter what day it was, she remembered what you drank! Love her! Different days of the week they had food carts going around the pool areas with nachos, street corn (so yummy) and popsicles! We enjoyed that! The buffets had good selections! Everything so fresh! The Italian restaurant was phenomenal! Best Chicken Alfredo I’ve ever had! We didn’t do the Krystal, Japanese or Mexican ones! We did do the steakhouse and it was ok! Steaks were over cooked! The only real negative thing was that our mini fridge wasn’t stocked 2 days in a row but Andre made sure it was after that! It’s worth the money! I highly recommend!!"

"Our stay at Costa Allure was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety, offering something amazing at every meal. The drinks were top-notch, expertly made, and always refreshing. The pools were beautiful, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax while enjoying the stunning atmosphere. The ambiance throughout the resort was luxurious, welcoming, and truly created the perfect vacation vibe. What really made our experience unforgettable was the staff — every single person was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was exceptional and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway with amazing food, and service, Costa Allure is the place to be. We cannot wait to come back! The only thing o wish were better was the drinks. Not worth the calories in my experience. But that’s okay, not a necessity for me . I had the privilege package and had a complementary bottle that we used for drinks . The breakfast buffet was probably our fav meal of the day, every day ! "
