They mentioned something about resort cash/coupon included with the VIP but it was all so unclear. It took a while for them to bring us to our room because there was a lack of communication between the staff. Room: We were in the 5th floor with an ocean view. We loved that it was right next to the elevator. They could not give us...

"Was unaware that restaurants closed a couple nights a week limiting choices. Also, bars were to close at 11pm. But most nights closed early, shut down 15-20 minutes early. Great staff. Great entertainment. No hot water one day. No elevators for 2 days. One pool closed for maintenance and that was never communicated. "

"Overall good stay. The beds are not comfortable. Food choices should be improved. There should be plentiful tacos, quesadillas, nachos etc readily available. The catamaran team never lets you have the boat and is not very friendly. "
