THE COTTAGE
KITCHEN – Well-equipped kitchen with counter seating, extra-large double sink under bright window, extra-large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat-top stove & oven with over the range microwave, and toaster oven. 12-cup Mr. Coffee machine, and fully stocked with dish sets, pots and pans, silverware, mixing bowls, cups, wine glasses, mugs, pitchers, cutting board, cooking utensils, blender, and pantry items - everything needed to prepare meals at the cottage.

DINING ROOM – Open dining room off the kitchen and living room a large table under chandelier lighting for everyone to eat together. This cottage features an outdoor dining table for four on the wrap around porch too!

LAUNDRY – Full size washer and dryer located on the 1st floor. Iron & Board provided.

BEDROOMS - Pillows, blankets, bed sheets, and bath towels are provided.
Bedroom 1: 2nd floor Master bedroom with queen size bed and desk (for remote working needs).
Bedroom 2: 2nd floor bedroom with double size bed.
Bedroom 3: 2nd floor bedroom with double size bed.
Bedroom 4: 2nd floor bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds (4 twin size beds).

LIVING ROOM – Comfortable place to gather with a large couch and loveseat. Watch your favorite shows as usual with streaming services on the large, flat-screen Smart TV or curl up in front of the electric fireplace. Board games too! Direct access to wrap around porch.

PORCH - Wrap-around porch surrounded by huge trees with an outdoor dining table, plenty of comfortable seats, porch swing, ceiling fans & overhead lights.

BATHROOMS -
Bathroom 1: Full bathroom located on 1st floor with toilet, vanity, and shower.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom located on 2nd floor with toilet, vanity, and bathtub.

WIFI – FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET / WIFI!

FIREPLACE – Electric fireplace in living room.

PARKING - One (1) off-street parking space and two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.
