"The Patria Palace hotel is excellent in so many ways - central location ( in front of Santa Croce), high quality hotel room and delicious breakfast. "The rooms at Santacroce are clean and comfortable and well arranged. Bathrooms are great. Alessandra was very helpful in organising a parking place and getting us a pass to stop on the street nearby to unload the car. She also gave us several restaurant recommendations, even sending a message with an alternative when she realised the one she had given to us was closed."

"Location excellent. Parking very convenient, staff friendly and helpful. Room was pretty but shower small and doors were not working properly. When we reported, it was not fixed during our stay. Also the hotel advertised a spa and jaccuzzi on 4th floor that were not operating. "

"Right in the mazey heart of the old city an amazing mini apartment .. Nor being a local it was tough to find a place to park that I knew would be legal and not get towed, but thats not the fault of the hotel :) In the end parked nearby and followed the google map link on foot trhough the maze of streets to find a great little place to stay .. Most unorganized establishment ever
"By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero."
