"Outrageous that they advertise parking. I booked there specifically because of that but found when I arrived they had limited spaces and they were occupied. Drive around till you find something was the response. The shower head was broken and disconnected, the sink drain would not close and the air conditioning unit did not work. There was built up grime around the shower door. And there was no one to address any of the issues. This is the worse hotel experience I have ever had."

"Antonio is a very nice host, he was very supporting. The location is excellent, we parked the car outside the old town and walked 10 minutes with our baggage easily to the apartment close to the duomo ( it has a terrace with a view of the dome!!!). "

"Really nice B&B in central location. Very large room and nice courtyard. Breakfast is simple but generous and coffee/tea available at all times. Unfortunately wifi wasn't working when we stayed and phone signal couldn't get into the old building. "
