"The Patria Palace hotel is excellent in so many ways - central location ( in front of Santa Croce), high quality hotel room and delicious breakfast. But most of all, it is the staff of the hotel who made our stay so memorable. Most unorganized establishment ever
"By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero."
