"The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s right in downtown Dallas. Valet/Doorman was a nightmare when I first checked in. Kind of rude but I was like, he’s probably having a bad day. Checked in seamlessly and went to my room. Fairly big size room and spacious in the main room and bathroom. Mattress Beds were old and not very comfortable. Only other issue I had was I requested someone service my room and then just brought towels, asked again and nothing. Lastly, the AC in the room was crap. Don’t know if it worked or not. Overall 5 out 10. Location was a 9 out of 10"

"It was originally an apartment complex I think back in the 20s they told me so the rooms are huge. Had a one bedroom bedroom suite compete with a kitchenette, large rooms very nice impressive dining room entryway all around very very pretty. I’d recommend recommended to anybody."

"Restrooms in suites are a bit small than others in the one we stayed in at least. All else was great!"

"Room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel is being renovated, so a little messy and not all amenities were available. Nice hotel in great uptown location. "
