"I was in Dallas for the weekend celebrating my birthday and the experience at this hotel from the beginning was absolutely horrible!!! When I arrived at the hotel and checked into my room, it was extremely hot. The bathroom was dirty and the view, well there’s really no view. The room was not how it appeared online. I called the front desk staff and expressed my concerns. One of the female receptionist was rude and unprofessional. When I asked her name she said, “the letter A and the letter J. She was very snappy and showed lack of empathy for my concerns. The money I spent was not worth my stay. I check in at 4pm and by 4:06pm, I was asking for a refund so I can find another hotel. Expedia called the hotel directly and they refused to refund me. I asked to speak with the manager and went down to the front desk and here we are 2 1/2 weeks later, still no call from the manager. I would never patronize this business again. I pride myself of great customer service because I know what I give to others, Besides, anywhere my money is spent, I deserve to be respected and treated with care. I prayed and tried to make the best of it until I heard from the manager which I’m still waiting. Please consider before booking or you’ll probably end up very dissatisfied like me. "

"Suite was very large and well appointed. Biggest issue was lack of hot water….five days of lukewarm showers. But hotel is beautiful. "

Everyone is so kind and attentive. This will be the hotel that I will always return to whenever coming to Dallas."

"Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return. "
