"Can't regulate the heating A/C system. The room was too cold upon arrival. The front desk called maintenance to adjust the room temperature. After maintenance came, the room was still too cold. Called maintenance again. After maintenance came a second time, the room was still too cold. I turned off the A/C system in order to have the room at a comfortable temperature. This was the only complaint I have. Everything else was five stars."

"We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "

"Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return. "

"I like the hotel -- great location -- but it seems like every time I stay there's construction going on!! Painting, or a remodel, or pool work (in this case, all of these). Suggest travelers call ahead before booking as hotels on this site never disclose this very pertinent fact in advance!! Oh, and the hotel needs to add an elliptical machine to the very roomy gym -- tons of space where this can fit. Can't remember ever using a hotel gym that didn't have this basic cardio machine (and I travel 200+ nights a year)."
