"We often stay at this hotel when visiting my mother. The location is great and the room provides ample space for our family of three. We do not utilize the pool, the gym, or breakfast, but all seem great. When we need assistance, 99.9 % of the time, within minutes someone provides what we need. Our last checkout did not run as smoothly as our other checkouts. Our room key did not work at 10 am and had to get assistance. Then at 12 noon,we had to run back into our room to get additional bags but our keys stopped working. I asked the head of housekeeping for help but was told she could not help. The young woman at the front desk needed assistance. I waited over 12 minutes to have my key fixed and then had to wait again to check out. I would suggest for major holidays having two persons work the front desk."
