"Our overnight stay was exceptionally good. The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. We were given an upgrade which was fabulous. The room was lovely and the extras available to us were most welcome. We've stayed in this hotel before and would definitely stay here again, in fact weve already booked it. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family. "

"We enjoyed our stay, although we spent most of our time in the town centre. The hotel is very conveniently siuated, comfortable and has a nice luxury feel. There are some comments that it could use a refurb but we did not feel that was the case for our room, only in the lobby toilets did I notice some wear and tear. I would return to this hotel, should I be staying in Bath again but will make more use of the facilities next time. The staff are pleasant and helpful but the only negative was one of our drinks orders taken in the garden was forgotten and took 30 mins to arrive but this is not a reason to overshadow our stay and the waiter was very apologetic. "
