"I enjoyed my stay it was very close to the train station. Check in was easy and fast. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I need some help with planning my day and the young lady at night in the front desk. Was very helpful with guidance. We checked out very early and had no issues leaving the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend it."

"Be careful, you have to register online with the hotel to get an entry code, during the process you have to enter your phone number, the website kept telling us it was the wrong format no matter what we tried! Very frustrating and stressful when you are scheduled to arrive and you can’t get a code! We finally discovered if you put a + sign before the number, the registration process works but not too many Americans would know this. Clean, small, functional, great location but if you can help it do NOT get a car, parking is a nightmare. They have 5 small spots downstairs you can rent for $40 every 12 hours, not a car friendly city. Lastly, our true savior who literally saved us from a mental breakdown was Constantina, she helped us register, called the company, got our codes, explained about the parking, she was so sweet, so helpful, we saw her every morning for coffee and she was always smiling and happy to see us. Don’t know what we would have done without her. Free laundry on site you provide the detergent. Short walk to river and train station, really a great location and you can’t beat the price in Zurich. Wish there was a roof deck or somewhere you can have a nightcap and visit but there is not. Great Kebab restaurant just down the hill, easily share one entree to save some $$$, they aren’t kidding when they say Zurich is expensive! The bed is comfortable and there is a lift for upper floors. All in all a good stay just wish the check in was a little easier."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights at CitizenM. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is prime to the city center and Old Town. I didn’t need to take public transportation unless I was leaving Zurich city, which also makes it very accessible to travel locally to towns with it being so close to the train station - Zurich HB. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where most functions were operated using an iPad. The coolest feature - being able to change the lights to various colors. I appreciated the black-out curtains after an exhausting day. You’ll know what I mean if you book! Let’s not forget how comfortable the mattress was! I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Zurich! 10/10"
