Staff are very well-trained, polite and truly there to enhance your stay. Pool was very well designed, the U-shaped nooks let you have privacy at the large pool and made it feel like pools within a pool. The water slides were fun for kids and adults alike. Villa lounge for villas was great, easy check-in and gave you a bit of exclusivity. Gym was very expansive with views."
