Wonderful Trip!

What a beautiful, brand new apartment, in the most perfect location. Right in the centre of the village, right next to the restaurants, shops, and a very short walk to the main lift and ski hire locations. The huge balcony is wonderful, and all the rooms were clean, tidy and well appointed. We will be going back.

Significant flaws with a beautiful apartment

The main downside is the lack of hot water at the property. Two people can shower and then it goes cold. After a rainy day on the slopes all guests want to shower in a reasonable time frame to warm up but it was not possible. I have sent a message to the owner and asked the property manager 3 times about this but am yet to hear back from the owner. I was told the lack of hot water is a known issue, but disappointingly it is not in the decription and we weren't informed before arrival. The overall communication is poor, I had to chase for arrival information 1-2 days before arrival and we were left to our own devices to find out where things are. A welcome pack would be useful to know where ski storage is, where the bins are etc. Advantages of the apartment are that it is new, generally well equipped and in a great location.

Appartement idéalement situé au coeur du village

Nous avons adoré l'appartement et le village des Gets. Cette station est parfaite pour les familles. On trouve toutes les activités ski et après ski pour enfants et adultes. Je recommande à tous. Le logement est récent, très pratique, bien décoré, confortable, insonorisé, propre il ne manque que les supports de papier toilette ;) pour donner un 10/10.
