"Customer service was Paragon. The ladies up front, very professional and very polite. The restaurant downstairs service was good. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. The breakfast could use a little bit of work. Mainly with the meats, they appeared to be boiled but everything else was fine. Shuttle service on time and the driver was pleasant, overall, a very nice stay and I would book there again."

"We spent 8 days in Paris and stayed at the Novotel Hotel which was under construction and had I known that I wouldn’t book there for sure . The hotel appeared older and the carpets in our room was well worn and appeared it needed a good cleaning or replacement. Poor water pressure in the shower and air conditioning unit poorly maintained and was not cooling the room properly. The outside weather was in the 34 c range every day of our last 4 days. The morning breakfast served was the most chaotic experience I ever had . The coffee machine not maintained consistently running out of coffee or getting jammed or no water. The staff was poorly trained to handle a large crowd."

"It’s so sad to see negative comments in the reviews for this hotel. This is a 3star and people expect 5star service. For us, it was just perfect! 👌 We stayed here for our trip to Disney. The closer you stay for Disney the more expensive it gets. This place was great. Close to Disney. Convenient. Very reasonable on price too. It was clean, neat, tidy and Fresh. A great sized bathroom, bedroom and also a kitchenette area. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. The bus goes to Disney and it’s around €2.50. The Uber also goes and it’s around €12. Uber takes 10 min whilst bus takes 25min. A really simple treck to Disney. We also went to Paris from here. You get the bus right outside the hotel, straight to the train station. It costs around €8 and takes about an hour. This hotel is very conveniently located and is a great stay if highly recommend it if you’re going to Disney. There is also a great breakfast place 1 min walk away . Thank you for looking after us. 💫"
