"The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team! "

"Wonderful and great value stay in a lovely hotel superbly located in centre of Marsala. Room was quiet and delightful with a private and spacious balcony on the roof. Breakfast room is spacious and decorated with original works of art, and the breakfast itself generous. Staff exceptionally helpful and attentive. "

"Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"We stayed 2 nights in Trapani and loved the location of this property. The room was very spacious and the property was in the old town area close to everything we wanted to see. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful in getting us oriented and had great recommendations for local restaurants. We’d stay here again!"
