"Dog friendly rooms with direct access to outdoor space. Reception exceptionally friendly. Good tea / coffee making facilities in room & a fridge. Location is superb with nice pubs & restaurants nearby . The bar doesn't sell alcohol but if you bring you own they will provide glasses. We were very pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel is & how nice the town of Lostwithiel is. "

"The hotel was lovely, the staff were lovely too the only downside was the hotel is on a busy 3 way junction which was noisy, especially with motorbikes revving their engines while waiting for the lights to change!! This was a pain at night, but take earplugs and its fine or if you are deaf like my husband, just take out your hearing aids out! Otherwise it was a lovely hotel, convenient to town and the Barbacan. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again"
