"Perfect location, nice clean rooms and staff was nice, love that it has a bar and starbucks downstairs so many restaurants near by as well as a really nice mall if you're into shopping, not too far out the city so easy to drive into chicago if you have a car."

The breakfast experience was a highlight, thanks to an incredibly efficient worker who ensured everything was fresh and plentiful, even right up until closing. It was such a treat to be able to enjoy a hot, delicious meal just 15 minutes before they wrapped up, a testament to their dedication! We truly appreciated that attention to detail. The only tiny hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay was the lack of luggage carts in our specific building, as we weren't in the main one. Having those readily available for both arrival and departure would be a fantastic improvement. But honestly, that's a minor note in what was an overwhelmingly positive and comfortable experience. We absolutely loved our time at the Residence Inn and can't wait to return!"

"Great hotel, didn't like the upcharge for parking in a paved lot next to the hotel, plenty of open space , do we need to pad our profits more, nice rooms, beds, breakfast good, small breakfast area, finding a seat is difficult , very close to airport, would stay again"

"Clean. Basic. A bit dated. Feels kinda old. But worth it for the price. Not all light and outlets worked. As others stated, the wifi is a bit slow, but okay: around 7Mbps. For the price difference compared to other hotels around I'd definitely stay here again. Felt safe. No shady characters around that I noticed."
