"Amazing stay at Palazzo Castriotta. Our host did everything to make our stay magical with recommendations for beaches, exceptional places, restaurants... a big wow. We stayed 4 days. The family room was impeccable and what can we say about the homemade lunch to be had in the garden and the lovely lady who served the coffee and welcomed us. A magnificent address for visiting Salento!"

"I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience). "Scarsa organizzazione, cibo senza glutine scaduto all'interno del frigobar(essendo un ospite celiaco), dopo aver fatto richiesta, ci è stato comunicato dopo 2 ore di attesa che vi erano frigoriferi rotti e che non vi era disponibilità di cibo gluten free. All'indomani il personale addetto alla colazione ci ha riferito dell'inesatezza della notizia e che invece vi era disponibilità. Dal mattino al rientro in camera, dopo colazione, vi era un forte maleodore proveniente dal bagno che ha saturato...

"A beautiful property, slightly difficult to find initially. The room is large and clean and very comfortable. Easy to walk from the port and also to the Marina Corricella. Dining options are good in both those areas. Walkable to some of the beaches too. Staff were very helpful in given you pointers on the best spots. If I’m ever back on Procida, I would definitely be more than happy to stay here again."
